Product Manager – Louise Pearson
Email: Louise. Pearson@Cirrus IT.com
Areas of Expertise: I joined Peterborough Software fresh faced from school in 1989 and enjoyed many years working on Payroll & HR systems including OpenDoor and PS Enterprise. My roles included Testing, Development, Implementing and Product Planning . Many years later I joined BMS/ADP and worked on Freedom before joining Cirrus as a consultant. I progressed through support and into the Product Managers role which I hold today, this allows me to decide, the ‘What’, the ‘How’ and the ‘ When’ of our HR Software releases.
Personal Interests: I am a tom boy, a real petrol head and the office ‘loveable clown’ always looking for a funny one-liner which is often needed when you support Spurs. My two passions are my football team, Spurs, and the prancing horse of the Ferrari F1 team, a perfect weekend for me is Football Saturday, F1 Sunday. I am an obsessive car cleaner (4 hours a time) and one day I will own my very own Ferrari!

Areas of Expertise: I have 30 years of experience in developing software, starting with COBOL in the old days, and currently using VB.NET and T-SQL. I also have over 15 years of experience in implementing and customising Northgate Arinso’s PSe HR and Payroll solution.
Personal Interests: Personal Interests: I’m a lifelong Aston Villa supporter, having enjoyed the good times back in the early 80’s through to the struggles of recent years. Every now and again, I like to get out on the golf course and lose a few balls, never having quite reached the level required to enter The Open. As they say, there’s always next year…….
Music wise, I am a big Springsteen fan, and was there when he played the first ever concert at the newly opened Emirates stadium, playing way past the cut-off time, and getting himself fined in the process!
I live with my wife and two children, and our assortment of pets including two dogs, rabbits and fish.
P.S. it’s purely a coincidence that Villa, golf and Springsteen were mentioned before the family. Honest.
